Collection 01
Window Light
A room, a window, and the hour when the light finally goes soft. This opening collection was made in a single north-facing room between eight and ten in the morning, using nothing but a sheer curtain as a diffuser. The wardrobe barely changes across the set — the only real variable is the light.
Every frame in this set was made in the same north-facing room, between eight and ten in the morning, when daylight arrives flat and cool and the walls hold a pale grey. No softbox, no reflector — a sheer curtain does the work of a diffuser, and the shutter does the rest.
The wardrobe stays fixed across the whole collection: an oversized white cotton shirt, a soft knit top, an open paperback. Repetition is the point. When nothing in the frame changes except the light, the light becomes the subject.
